Ellen Kaplan Cannon, New York City, formerly of Scranton, died Saturday in New York.

She was the daughter of the late Harold and Marion Engel Kaplan.

A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday at noon in Temple Israel Cemetery, Dunmore.
