Frank Spinillo, 57, of Dunmore, passed away Monday afternoon at Allied Services Skilled Nursing in Scranton.
Born in Scranton, he was the son of the former Marie A. Vullo and the late Domnick A. Spinillo. He was a graduate of Dunmore High School and Penn State University where he received a bachelor’s degree. He was an electrical engineer at Medico Industries.
Frank was a loyal Penn State, New York Yankees and New York Giants fan. He enjoyed his Saturday nights with his many dear friends. He was a kind-hearted and generous man who would do anything for anyone. Frank was a dedicated son and brother and adored his beloved dog, Columbo, and his fur niece, Luna. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Valenti and the staff at Allied Services Skilled Nursing for all of their care and compassion shown to Frank and to his family.
Also surviving are a brother, Tony Spinillo and wife, Sandi, Dunmore; a special cousin, Marc Pane, Scranton; and numerous close friends that were like family.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore, with a service at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment, Dunmore Cemetery.
Family and friends may pay their respects Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
