Jean (Bitcola) Davis

Jean M. Davis, 84, a lifelong resident of Dunmore, died Friday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. She was the wife of Thomas Earl "Odie" Davis, who died April 19, 2016.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Joseph M. and Jean J. Astolfi Bitcola, she was a graduate of Dunmore High School and, before retirement, she was employed by Consolidated Molded Products.

As a current resident of the Lackawanna County Health Care Center, Peckville, Jean was very involved with patient activities and was a caring friend who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are a brother-in-law, Ronald Davis; cousins, nieces and nephews.

She will be laid to rest with her late husband and parents in St. Michael's Cemetery, Dunmore, on Monday, Jan. 25, at 1 p.m. All those attending are asked to observe COVID-19 safety guidelines.
