John Joseph Mecca Jr., 81, of Dunmore, passed away Tuesday evening at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore. He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Clare Morris. The couple just celebrated 56 years of marriage on Aug. 21.
