John Joseph Wehrum, 86, of Dunmore, died June 11 at Mountain View Care Center. He is survived by his wife, Dolores (Dodie) Keating Gilligan Wehrum. The couple celebrated 55 years of marriage in May.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he spent most of his early years on Long Island. He was the son of the late Charles and Margaret Reilly Wehrum.
