Kevin Gallagher, 34, Dunmore, died Wednesday from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born in Germany, he was the son of Joseph T. Gallagher, Dunmore, and was a graduate of Dunmore High School. He had been employed as a truck driver, a job he truly loved.
Kevin was a laid-back kind of guy who just went with the flow, and enjoyed the time spent on the road on his bike. He always liked to do things just to see someone’s reaction and get a laugh out of people. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his love, Diane Sparrow; and his paternal grandmother Mary Ann “Cookie” Gallagher, all of Dunmore; 2 aunts, an uncle, and cousins, as well as his cherished friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas J. Gallagher, Jr.
Family and friends may pay their respects Wednesday at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore from 3-7 p.m.
A blessing service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with interment to follow in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst Twp.
