Lynn B. Dehart

Lynn B. Dehart, 79, of Scranton, died Monday, February 10, 2025 in Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Brennan Wydra, she was a graduate of the Scranton State Hospital School of Nursing, and prior to retirement, she had been employed as a registered nurse at Clarks Summit State Hospital where she was well respected by her coworkers.  Lynn was also a member of St. Matthew’s United Evangelical Church in Scranton.

Surviving are numerous friends including her caregivers J.P. and Luciana Nidoh, and two sisters.

Also preceding her in death is her beloved son, David Dehart, who she cherished dearly. 

Funeral services will be private.
