Margaret Failla Mircoff, 90, of Pompano Beach, FL and formerly of Scranton, died Sunday, October 8th at home in Florida where she had been a resident since 1989. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Failla in 1980, second husband Alex Mircoff, and her longtime companion Gil Kaufman in 2010.
Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Cleary Santarsiero, she had been the owner of the Christian Tyler Dress Company.
Surviving are her sons, Todd Failla and husband Mark, and David Graff and wife Anne Marie; grandchildren Ashley Jones and husband Justin, and David Graff and wife Brianna.; great-granddaughter June; her sisters Alice Thiel and Mary Ann Dolphin; her brother Daniel Santarsiero; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by several siblings.
The funeral will be Tuesday with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 801 Taylor Ave., Scranton.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the church that morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
Interment to follow in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
