Marguerite Fedor Zangardi, 68, of Dickson City, passed away on Monday morning at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dunmore. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Stephen Zangardi.
Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Malchak Fedor and was a graduate of the former Dunmore Central Catholic High School. Prior to retirement she worked along side Judge Vito P. Geroulo for 48 years. It began with them in private practice law and then serving Lackawanna County.
Marguerite enjoyed traveling with friends and family, cooking and keeping holiday traditions alive. We have very heavy hearts announcing the great loss of our wife, mother, grandmother, sister and close friend to many. All who met Marguerite were touched by her kindness, compassion and friendship.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to Hospice of the Sacred Heart for all for their care and compassion.
