Marina R. LaCagnina

Marina R. LaCagnina, 78, Dunmore, died Thursday at home peacefully. 

Born in Dunmore, daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy Tallo, she was a graduate of St. Paul’s High School.  A devout Catholic, she was a faithful member of SS. Anthony and Rocco Parish, Dunmore. 

Surviving is her son, Joe LaCagnina and wife Melissa, Naples, FL; her daughter, Alissa Simone and husband Toby, Manalapan, NJ; her grandchildren Jaret and his wife Sydney, Caroline, and Gabe LaCagnina, and Sabrina, Emma, and Justin Simone; as well as her sister Dawn Arvonio and husband Patrick, Dunmore.

The funeral will be Wednesday with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith St., Dunmore.  All those attending are asked to go directly to the church.

Family and friends may visit Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Carlucci-Golden-DeSantis Funeral Home, Inc., 318 E. Drinker St., Dunmore.
