Mark Anthony Sleboda, Sr.

Mark Anthony Sleboda Sr., 42, of Scranton, was called home to be with his heavenly father on Nov. 2, 2023.
He was the son of Roy and Renee Sleboda, stepmother, Susan Sleboda, and grandson of Mary Germano.
Surviving are his four siblings, Mary Nieto, Roy Jr.; Daniel Sr. and wife, Kelly Sleboda; and Michael Sleboda Sr.
Mark fathered three beautiful children with his longtime partner, Brenda Kakareka, Mark Jr., Elayna and Angelo Sleboda, that he adored dearly. He also had a granddaughter, Amara Garcia, who was “Apas” heart.
Also surviving are his nieces, Myra and Sylvia Sleboda; his nephews, Jose Nieto Jr., Michael Jr. and Daniel Jr. Sleboda. He had many cousins, aunts and uncles who loved him dearly.
He was a hard-working family man, who loved and helped everyone. He could have taken on the world. He was one of a kind and will be missed dearly by all. Fly high, Mark, you will never be forgotten.
