Michael J. Farris, Jr., Dunmore, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon at the Regional
Hospital of Scranton surrounded by loved ones. He and his wife, the former Carmel Marino,
celebrated 35 years of marriage in September.

Mike was a loving and caring husband, father, brother, uncle and friend who will be
tremendously missed. He was known for his dedication to his family and his loyal
companionship to his best bud, Banx. He also had a passion for classic cars and was an avid fan
of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the surgery team and staff at
Geisinger CMC and Jake at Regional Hospital ICU for their incredible care and compassion.

brother Tom and his wife Angie, Dickson City, a niece Kayla Rush and her husband Daire,
