Phyllis Brandes, 77, of Clarks Summit, died Sunday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. She is survived by her husband, Ed Brandes.
Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Sidney and Ann Shaffer Brick, she was a graduate of Scranton Central High School class of 1961 and went on to attend Penn State University.
