Phyllis R. "Frimi" (Weisberger) Stahler

Phyllis R. "Frimi" Stahler, 94, of Scranton, died Wednesday morning at Regional Hospital of Scranton.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Stahler on December 6, 2008.

Born in Scranton, daughter of the late Samuel J. and Eda Greenstein Weisberger, she was a graduate of Scranton Central High School and had been a member of Congregation Machzikeh Hadas in Scranton.  

She is survived by her three children and their families.

The funeral will be Thursday, August 15th in Congregation Machzikeh Hadas, 600 Monroe Avenue, Scranton at 1 p.m.

Interment to follow in the Dalton Jewish Cemetery, Shoemaker Road, Dalton.

Shiva will be observed at the family residence.
