Robert C. "Bobby" Shutta

Robert C. “Bobby” Shutta, 75, Dunmore died September 22, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.

Born in Scranton, son of the late Rudolph and Donata Maria DiVizio Shutta, he was a graduate of Dunmore High School and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree from Marywood University in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, and his master’s degree in history from East Stroudsburg University. 

Surviving is his brother, Rudolph “Rudy” Shutta and wife, Joann, Los Angeles CA; and friends.

The funeral will be Monday with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Smith St., Dunmore, followed by interment in St. Michael's Cemetery, Dunmore.  All those attending are kindly asked to follow social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering immediately upon entering the church.
