Rosemarie Talutto Dick, 79, passed away on Sunday, October 15th in Allied Services Hospice Center in Scranton.
First born daughter to the late Joseph and Bertha Nicolosi Talutto, she graduated from West Scranton High School and was employed in the local garment industry prior to retirement. Rosemarie enjoyed doing puzzles, playing Scrabble and Briscola and watching game shows. There wasn't a Jeopardy question she didn't know the answer to or a puzzle she couldn't solve. Proud of her Sicilian heritage, she valued family traditions and was a fabulous cook. The epitome of a selfless person she always put the needs of everyone else before her own and while she faced many hardships in life, she never gave up on her faith or lost her wickedly dry sense of humor.
Rosemarie is survived by her daughter Lisa Sandy and husband Frank, Lori Butsko and husband Robert, grandchildren Anjelica Sandy, Nicholas and Robbie Butsko all of Scranton, sister Josephine Adomiak and husband Michael, Old Forge, brothers John Talutto and wife Joanne, New Paltz NY and Ben Talutto and wife Barbara Piombino of Rosendale, NY, as well as several nieces nephews all of whom she adored.
